Website purpose

The website introduces costume design and performance project services and allows visitors to request a discussion. Content is general information. The AI-generated costume studies illustrate possible creative directions; they are not photographs of completed client commissions, items in stock or promises of an identical finished result.

Enquiries and project agreements

Sending a brief does not place an order, confirm availability, reserve a date or create a paid contract. Creative scope, deliverables, revisions, materials, fittings, pricing, taxes, shipping, payment schedules, cancellation terms and intellectual property arrangements are agreed separately in writing before commissioned work begins. Budget options in the form are enquiry categories, not price quotations.

Information and references

Provide accurate contact details and submit only material you are authorized to share. You retain rights in your submitted material and permit us to review it and use it to respond to your request. Do not submit confidential third-party scripts or designs without permission. Discuss any required confidentiality agreement before sharing sensitive material.

Responsible use

Do not send spam, malicious content, threats or unlawful material, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the website. We may limit abusive submissions or temporarily suspend the form to protect the service.

Website materials

Respect the rights in website text, branding and visual material. Viewing an illustrative design does not grant an exclusive right to it or a production license. Ownership and permitted use of commissioned designs are determined by the applicable written project agreement.

Availability and limitations

We aim to keep information useful and current, but content may be corrected and access may occasionally be interrupted. Confirm important project details directly before relying on them. Nothing in these website terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
