Information you choose to share
We collect your name, email address, project type and message, plus any optional company name, number of looks, target date and budget range you provide. We record your acknowledgement of this notice with your enquiry. Do not include payment details, personal identification documents, health information or detailed performer measurements in the initial form.
Why we use it
Your information is used to review and respond to your request, discuss feasibility and availability, prepare proposals and manage related project correspondence. If a project proceeds, separate agreed project terms will cover its delivery. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to marketing, newsletters or unrelated email campaigns.
Who can access it
Enquiries are available to authorized people handling the request and to hosting and email providers needed to operate the service. Relevant project information may be shared with collaborators when necessary for an agreed project. We do not sell enquiry data or share it for unrelated third-party advertising. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect rights and security.
Essential technology
The form uses a session cookie to protect submissions against forgery. Hosting logs may contain IP addresses, timestamps and technical errors. Short-lived rate-limiting records use a keyed IP hash to help prevent abuse. This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Fonts and concept images are served from this website.
Retention and security
Form messages are delivered to our project email inbox rather than stored in a separate website database. Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry or project, meet recordkeeping obligations and resolve disputes. Technical rate-limiting records are cleared after they become outdated. We use HTTPS and access controls, but no internet service can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You can request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted by writing to hello@applauzi.com. We may need to verify your identity. Applicable legal obligations can limit deletion. You may ask us to stop optional follow-up; essential correspondence for an ongoing agreed project may still be necessary. Additional privacy rights may apply depending on your location.
Children and external services
The enquiry form is intended for adults acting for themselves or a production. Do not submit children's personal information. External websites you choose to visit have their own privacy practices. We may update this notice when website practices change.
